Please note that for your safety and peace of mind:

  • All of our properties are Gas Safe certificated where applicable, and inspected for electrical safety
  • All Tenancy Deposits are held in accordance with the Deposit Protection Regulations and we use our nominated scheme Tenancy Deposit Scheme. (TDS)

List of charges applicable:

Equivalent of one weeks rent as reservation, subject to satisfactory references, it will then be allocated to first months rent. This is payable prior to taking references. In the event that the landlord declines to grant the tenancy, it will be refunded to you in full. However the holding deposit will be non-refundable if you decide not to proceed for any reason, or if you fail to provide complete and accurate information of you application form.

We outsource the referring procedure to a external company who work closely with you from filing the application to receiving a completed reference check.

A security deposit equivalent to one months rent. (Tenant Fees Act 2019)

In accordance with Tenants Fees Act 2019, you are responsible for charges set out in your Tenancy Agreement such as payment of rent, utilities and deposit. 

A tenancy deposit* capped at one months rent (*subject to tenancy agreement).
A refundable holding deposit (to reserve a property)- one week’s rent
Tenancy amendment when requested by the tenant - £50 inc VAT
payments associated with early termination of the tenancy, when requested by the tenant - £350 inc VAT
A default fee for late payment of rent - if rent is late 14 or more days an interest will be charged at 3% above the Bank of England base rate
Replacement of a lost key £25 plus key cutting costs
