Main communication link between the leaseholders and freeholder
Collecting ground rent and service charges
Inspecting common parts and buildings in general
Administration of contracts, repairs and maintenance services
Advising on other property matters as required
Producing a quarterly service charge statements, and final year end accounts
Using a bespoke property software

Working closely with various building  surveyors, solicitors, insurance brokers and with our approved contractors our team provides the professional  level of service whatever the requirement.
